Ajio — Refund is not being initiated even after 2 months , giving false and misleading information by the costumer care services

I ordered 4 products together of Lakme which was supposed to be delivered by 14.03.2022 but even after registering 5 complaints the company is not giving any resolution to it and just giving the false hope of receiving the return in 2 days . Misleading information is being given by ajio again and again . SEVERE DISAPPOINTMENT BY AJIO and reliance.
