My two items were picked up by pick up boy on 6th of August, 2021.
One was puffable jacket from Point Zero and other one was Bubble gummers sandal.
After few days I got the refund of Bubble gummers sandal but unfortunately Jacket of Point zero was reshipped back to me with a reason that it is a non- ajio product.
When I opened the package to see what was reshipped back, it was unbelievable to see that in the box contained bubble gummers sandal which was already refunded and the reason mentioned was that it is a non ajio product.
Then I wrote to Grievance offiicer and he apologized for the same. He immediately created the return request and next day this reshipped product was picked up again. I was given full assurance that I will be provided refund soon. But till date no refund has been made.
I wrote several mails to Grievance officer, Ajio customer service and called them but they don't really care.
They mentally torture their customers.
