Order Number: FL[protected] I returned the product on 23rd Oct'21. The courier guy contact number who picked up the product is [protected] and provided receipt is attached for which I received a message also as Hey Nikita! The AJIO product you returned is with our courier partner, and will be with us soon. You will get your refund after a quality check. Your Return ID is: RT49030010. AWB[protected]. I have not received the refund yet and so the customer care raised complaint COM[protected]. They keep on raising complaints and change the resolution dates. Customer care executives open complaint, give resolution time period of 1 week then close them without consent. They keep on initiating the return request for which I do not have anything to return as it is already done. This is so annoying and effecting my mental health. No one is helping out!!!
