I returned a DNMX Leather Belt that I purchased from AJIO (RT[protected] on 3rd of March, 2022. I haven't received my refund till now! Whenever I call their customer care, some of them say the refund has been initiated, whereas some executives asks me to wait for two, five, seven days. I have double checked my bank statement several times but they haven't refunded. They haven't credited the amount but they have posted on the app's dashboard 'refunded' which is outrageous! If one hasn't checked their bank statement they wouldn't have known that they have been cheated! It's been more than one month, I'm tired of hearing:
'I have raised a complaint, this is your complaint id...'
'I have highlighted your issue'
'I have raised a token'
'Our backend team is working on it'
'Pls send your bank statement to our...'
from AJIO's customer care executives!
Hoping to get help from here...
