I wanted to return a product and therefore placed return request in AJIO app in between 15 to 25th Nov, 2021. Req has been accepted & pickup executive has called me. However i was outstation and hence requested to come very next day (if am correctly remembering). Later on realized that product pickup mode up has been changed to self ship and am totally unaware of it. they themselves changed. FInally i couriered the product to AJIO returns office, banglaore on 29th Nov. Did number of followups. Intiially was told me to wait for some more days as product is not reached. After continuous followup over chat/phone, i dropped an email. No response instead asking time of 3 days etc. Again sent clear email stating issue/Posted in twitter no resolution, Infact their team is scheduling a pickup of the same product which i couriered to their office. None of their team is trying to understand the problem. I attached the dtdc lite tracking ID and delivery receipt details. I can share the email copies however it has got my mobile numbers, regd mail address etc. Pl help me/resolve it
