Ajio — Refund transfer issue

Recently I have ordered 3 item from ajio and due to some reasons I returned it then I got my refund in ajio wallet, I want to tranfer it to bank account so I send an email to the given email id to enable INPS then I have transferred ajio wallet to bank account but this is 5th day I still I haven't receive money in my bank account and ajio wallet is also empty
