Ajio — Regarding Order Status cancelled automatically

Order# FL[protected] (8 Items)
Order placed on 20th December 2021
from my given placed order one item automatically updated as "Cancelled" status why? I can't change anything and still any item from this order is not delivered.
Support team 1st reply: The AJIO order FL[protected] product of Geometric Print Straight Kurta, contained a product which was the last item in our fulfillment center. This product did not pass our quality check; and that’s why we had to cancel it.

Support team 2nd reply:
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We can imagine your disappointment about not receiving the product. However due to MRP mismatch issue. That’s why we had to take the tough decision of cancelling your AJIO order.
- We have already gone ahead and initiated a refund towards your source account. It was initiated on 22nd December, 2021. Post initiation it takes 7-9 Business days to reflect in your account as you have paid using.

i ask to buy this item with same price in call then support team says give me one unique coupon for this item and you can apply with same price but
today i received this refund amount 770.43 it's fine but not give me any kind of coupon for Re-order this product with same price (770.43) because i can not cancelled this product from my end and also give me two different reason for cancelled this product and both reason are absolutely wrong.

if in case of re order this item right now then this item price is high i share screen short given below for current price with delivery charges is 1000 + 99 delivery charge, total Rs.1099 but i need this item with same price with my existing order 770.43.

i need solution as soon as possible.
