Ajio — Regarding refund

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories

The issue that I have experienced was: These all orders which is mentioned not got refund since 3
months everyday they excuse for refund i have all voice recording in which they said that your
products reached warehouse and your refund has been initiated you will get soon but its been 3
months and did not get my refund ajio is fraud company

It occurred on: 5/07/2021

I want my refund and compensation for mentally harassment
