The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered two jeans and one top which were delivered to me . So far so good . When I want to return/exchange the products as the size is larger and also it is before the return window, the option to place return order is not shown. Reason was that it was not updated in the app that the product was delivered and return option is not working.
It occurred on: 25/04/2022
I want ajio to provide me option to return the products. Since it is before the return window, I want to return them now. Enough of this waiting period.I have raised complaint to return them and delivered status before the return window itself.
