Ajio — Return Not picked up and weak Response from AJIO

Address: 3rd Floor, Court House, Lokmanya Tilak Marg, Dhobi Talao, Mumbai – 400 002, Maharashtra, India

I have order a jacket for my sister on 23rd of October 2021 and the product was small in size. Therefore, i have place a return request and return schedule on 11th Nov 2021. I have waited but no response from AJIO not even single message of why the product was not picked up. I now made a call to the customer care 9 time one after another for at least 9 days but their response was just " sorry for inconvenience your issue is in progress " and now i got a message that i have to return the product by my self. Which i dont think will solve my issue. Please help me. Thank you
