Ajio — Return not visible

I had ordered a U.S. POLO ASSN.
Women Embroidered Yoke Regular Fit Dobby Top color: Yellow that has a 10 day return/exchange. I got it delivered today on 1-3-2025. My order id is: FN[protected]. As soon as i received the product i looked to file a return. However, the option is not visible for my order but the product's description says it is returnable. Please refund me my money either to source or to the Ajio wallet. i will order something in the future, but this top is very costly for the price paid. I am your regular customer. If i won't get my money back I will loose my trust on you and this money means a lot working as a single child for old parents.

I had ordered a shirt from ajio, that is having 10 day return and exchange. However, i am not getting the return option. they are not even exchanging the product. Such a sham company it is. Will never order. So much of hate too you ajio.
