I have faced multiple problems with the return of this product rendering my AJIO experience a nightmare. I never expected this from AJIO.
(1) When I bought this product it came defective and damaged (image attached). I immediately raised a return request, on 10-Mar-22.
(2) AJIO's pickup partner Shadowfax sent a false message, saying that they "attempted" a pick up. But nobody had showed up at our gate, nor called me. I immediately raised a complaint by calling customer care about this false message. On 11-Mar-22.
(3) I again received a false message on 12-Mar-22, saying once again that pickup partner Shadowfax "attempted" a pick up. Again nobody had showed up at our address nor called me. Again I raised a complaint by calling customer care.
(4) This ordeal of receiving false messages and complaining continued on 13th and 14th of March 22 also.
(5) Today (14-Mar-22) late evening at around 9:00pm AJIO's pick up partner comes, checks up the box and says "I cannot take this since it is damaged". I have the relevant audio and video recording of what he said. I had clearly mentioned that the product is defective while raising a return request.
What AJIO is putting me through is a shameful and embarrassing ordeal. If they had asked for a picture before coming I would have shared.
