Ajio — Return pick up not arranged by Ajio

I placed a return request on 28th April 2022 . And the return pick up promise date was 3th may 2022 and it was over . But I haven't received any pick message or mail and I haven't received any AWB number yet . When will my product be picked up. I want my refund. I called many times and everyone giving me same excuse and I don't want your sorry I want my refund . I am literally frustrated from your service. I can't wait anymore now. I am waiting from 7 days nothing happened . Why you fooling your customers like this . I want my money now . Never get any resolution on time. I am mentally disturbed from your service.
