According to which the return was supposed to be picked up between 16th May to 20th May but no one showed up to pick up the product and refund. so we called the ajio customer care and enquired regards to it and was told that the products cannot be picked up by Ajio and as to which we by ourselves only were supposed to courier the products to their warehouse and he hungup the call without consent. And then again we tried talking to another excecutive, he also stated the same reason and hungup asking to do their part of job of self courier the products. We cannot self Courier the products, we desperately requested the excecutives to consider the return but they clearly denied. In this crucial time they have blocked our money, neither picking up the product or providing us with any other best alternative help, Didn't expect this from Ajio, such a bad and pathatic experience, no gaurantee of refund money even if i self ship the products thay can easily change their services at their convenience. Ajio is fooling around many people and blocking their hard earned money, we shop from online keeping in mind of covid outbreak and Ajio is taking a really bad advantage of it. Requesting you to pleasee help me with this issue and guide with what can be done further.
