Placed an order for 4 items on 24 th March, and i placed a return order for one the product ISNHI bandhani Suit, however after continuous follow up no one attempted for a return, and now I am being asked to do a self return, this whole process is very frustrating and inconvenient for me, i have raised complaints twice and executives gave false information that it will get resolved by 5 th april and 11 th april without providing any information on i have to make as self return due to logistic issues.
Isnt logistic issue to be resolved from AJIO side rather than customer suffering because of the system's failure. Was this information helpful? |
