This is to bring to your notice that I have ordered jacket from your app on 27 November 2021 but due to some reason I have returned it on 9 December 2021. I have been told that I will get my money back on 7-9 working days in my account but I didn't received any amount yet. Several times I have sent a mail and called your customer executive but didn't get any response from your side. Your customer executive didn't talk properly and make excuses while I get a mail from your company that your solution have been resolved but I didn't get a single penny.This is the worst scene that would have happened to me in my entire life. Last week again I have raised a complain about it and today i get a mail that your complain have been resolved.
This is my last mail now I'm giving you 2 days to fix this problem and return my amount to my respective account which is already given to you. After 2 days I'll file a complain in civil court and further action will be taken against you last but not least don't ever try to take this easy.
So it's a humble request to fix this issue as soon as possible
