My order ID is FL[FL[protected]] and suddenly my account has been blocked with no prior warning and notification. After speaking to the customer care I was told that the account has got suspended because of too many returns, yet the customer care guys assured me the problem will get resolved (Complain No.:- COM[protected]); I was also told to write an email and attach the products which was suppose to be returned (which I did). I had been requesting them to at least give me an access to return the products which I do not want to use any more. I want to return it but the company is not providing access to do anything about the same. The company is denying from returning the products even in return period. I mailed them but they are not ready to listen anything. Also, the return period is about to get over (already they had kept me engaged for 5 days). I am attaching herewith, the screen shot of my email conversation with the customer support team of AJIO.
Kindly, resolve the issue.
