Ajio — There's no price tag when I received the product

I received my shoes from ajio yesterday, without any price tag on them and the color of the shoes is variable from the pictures.so i initiated for the return within hours, and today the delivery person came.He rejected the return saying there's no price tag on the product, which is also my concern.
