I have placed order of 3 tshirts 2 of teamspirit brand and one from dnmx, which was delivered on 31st march, when i opened package i received wrong product (sandals of hi attitude brand), so i retuned it.
I immediately raised a complaint on their app for which they asked me for the images of wrong product, shared the images.after 17 days they sent the same wrong product item again and said that you should return this product, so there is no return option the return window was closed .then i again raised issue and they are continuously mailing me that they are working on the issue but its been 45 days they have not refunded my money.i have all the proof and that wrong product also.request you to kindly teach good lesson to ajio, and cheating there customer.
