I wish to inform you that I had purchased one 42" Philips TV in the year 2015 (12.04.2015) as per invoice attached. After using the above said TV i noticed that TV is creating some problem like blinking. After a period of one and a half year, it stopped working. Immediately, I lodged a complaint with Philips but no action was taken.

In response to the above complaint, only telephonic calls were received but no one turned up to attend the complaint personally. Till date i.e as on date (9th March, 2021) TV is lying in my dumping store. You will observe that more than 4 years have passed but no action.

On Telephone, I was contacted by the following two Servce Centers as per details given below :

1. Rishibh Technologies - Hyderabad.
2.United Service Centre, Secunderabad

M/s Rishabh has given an estimate of Rs.3000/- for rectifying the defect whereas
M/s United Service Center has given an estimate of Rs.6000/- for rectifying the same fault.

If a TV of a reputed company like Philips gets out of order within a span of one and a half years, what the used of buying a TV of Philips or of a reputed company. It is better to buy a local make one.

Despite repeated complaint, telephonic calls, no one has turned up to see the TV personally as on date.
