Please refer to my earlier correspondence made with regard to defective shoes purchased from bata shoe room located in noida. Details of payment made through debit card and other relevant details, on demand, have been sent two to three weeks ago. Not only this, photographs of defective shoes have been sent.
Please look into matter seriously. I am a regular buyer of bata products.
