Defect (hole in the Upper) was found by me in a week’s time from the date of Purchase but I could not bring the defect in the notice of Bata (Customer Care) because immediately I have to rush to Hyderabad after a short visit of Noida. Since January, 2018, I have been here in Hyderabad and because of this, I could neither bring the defect in the notice of Bata nor in the notice of M/s Dhaneshwari Inc, Bhangel, Noida. I am a permanet resident of NOIDA and always purchase all/ my Shoes, Chappals from M/s Dhaneshwari Inc.
As I was not aware of Bata Customer Care/ Complaint, I could not bring the defect in the notice of Bata Customer Care / Complaint.
You are once again requested to kindly look into the matter and recommend for the replacement or give an amount as discount. Was this information helpful? |
