I placed an order on 15/01/2023 and canceled it on on the same day.
I even received a confirmation on 18/01/2023 from their whatsapp chat service that my order had been canceled as well.
Yet I still haven't received a refund even though their policy says that they will.
Every time I call th customer care number it is busy and after 13-14 tries someone picks up and says that they have intimated the tech team and I shall receive a refund link on my registered mobile number.
It has been about 2 months but I have received no such link nor have I received the refund amount (Rs. 699). Was this information helpful? |
