I ordered dhoti saree and blouse . The saree was made from cheapest materials, fitting was bad . It looked like worn by someone n washed repeatedly.

I ordered a kurta (Order no. 131943) from Alaya by stage3 on 10th October 2022. Kurta's size was not as fit, So I returned the order on 15 October 2022. The request was approved on 21 October 2022 and It was picked up from my place but I didn't get the refund then I contacted customer care for refund status and they said a refund will be initiated after 30 days this is a policy. They put a product on sale which is wrongly sized and then they cancel the return saying it was on sale.
