I ordered a kurta (Order no. 131943) from Alaya by stage3 on 10th October 2022. Kurta's size was not as fit, So I returned the order on 15 October 2022. The request was approved on 21 October 2022 and It was picked up from my place but I didn't get the refund then I contacted customer care for refund status and they said a refund will be initiated after 30 days this is a policy. Then I contacted them again after 40 days and have been following up with them on call and by email, The only answer I am getting again and again that "Thank you for your patients it will be reflected soon" but I am not getting any help. Now It's more than 3 months have passed but there is no update of my return. It's unethical.
