Alaya By Stage3 — Refund Policy and not returning money to customer

I ordered a dress from this website https://alayabystage3.com/ on the 1st of December 2020 - I received it on 29th December 2020, tried it on - the fit was very bad.
Wrote to them on 30th December, they replied on the 3rd January saying that I should use this link to return it

but the link did not work because it had been 30 days since the I placed the order.
It took me many emails and calls for them to finally take the return after their call helpline refusing to do so and rude staff.
Finally they took it back - the return pick up came on 12th of Jan

They said it would take about 14 working days to initiate the refund.
They informed me they received the shipment on 20th of Jan
(Although domestic shipment in my experience does not take that long)
Today (4th of Feb) I asked for an update, they said they have not yet received the shipment.

They're extremely troubling and not following through with simple policy - I see on their social media that a lot of people face this problem. I am not receiving any proper response from their end.
Its incredibly difficult to even get a simple reply
and a LOT of their customers seem to have the same problem

Please let me know if you need screenshots of my emails with them

I placed this order on 8th October and received the order on 11th October, I was not satisfied with the order and place return the order within the return time limit. It's been more then a month now I have still not received the refund for the same. Emailed n number of times but they always send the same email by saying that sorry for the delay, soon will receive a cashfree link to redeem the amount. But not received till now.
Also the only number which is mentioned everywhere is coming switched off continuously (+91-[protected])
It's really not the way you should deal with your customer and waste there time and money.
I don't think any app take that much of time to refund the amount. Worst experience ever.
Still hoping to get better revert or call from you people.
