The product is buggy and cannot navigate a single comic when navigating the app. The experience of reading the comics is terrible. You can only get to know it once you subscribe to the product.

Now, there is no refund once you subscribe. So my advise to ACK is to improve the product and then come in the market.

Stop selling scam products without refund policy....

I have seen amount was debited without any alert I see an alert from bank received on email.. instantly I blocked my card .. I don't know about the transaction.. I have written to Amar chitra Katha Team .. but bo one responded ...

Though i had subscribed for free subscription of amar chitra katha for a period of 6months after 6months my bank account was debited for Rs. 1178.82/- on 03/03/24 as renewal of subscription without my knowledge.

At the time of subscription by default auto renew option was selected by default but while renewal my consent for debiting the said amount of Rs. 1178.82/- was not taken.

I have pais online for the 3 year physical subscription for Tinkle physical magazine for Rs 3, 499.0/- on Sep13.

I have reached out through multiple means to know teh staus of my order and when it wil be delivered

We had ordered in bulk by order no. 78504 on 18th August 2023 but there is no information on the shipment till now and it is continuously showing as 'in process'. All the numbers given for customer care etc. are switched off or incoming calls are not allowed on the numbers. We want to have the order delivered immediately or our money to be refunded....

I had placed an order of 11 Amar Chitra katha books on 16 June 2023 amounting to Rs 2091, the payment was done through UPI, the amount was debited but the order was not placed I waited for a few minutes, but nothing happened, I did not receive any confirmation mail from their side I tried calling the customer care but none of their numbers are valid and working. I subscribed to the ACK app in Sept'22 with mobile no.[protected] and email id: [protected]@gmail.com.

However, after subscribing and registering for the auto renewal, I tried to cancel the auto renewal.

But, I did not find any option on its app, however, i sent emails to company on 18.09.2022 & 20.09.2022 at [protected]@ack-media.com asking for the same. They didn't respond. Copy of the email sent...
