Dear sir,
This is in regards to the battery purchased by me, thru one of your retailer m/s shanti auto & electric accessories, ठंडी सड़क, farrukhabad, on 20june 2015, vide cashmemo no. 944 dt.[protected].
I installed this on my inverter at my house at 62, shiv puri, gali no 1, niwari road, modinagar on 25. June 2015, since last two years or more it was working perfectly and giving me the power backup of more than 7 hours, but last 10 days it started giving me problem,
So i called on your customer service and they sent a mechanic fromyour dealer m/s durga enterprises, modinagar, these people took my battery for checkup on 05 june 2018 and came back on 10 june 2018 claiming that the battery is ok, with backup timing of 3 hours, there's no need to worry
And there is no replacement can be done, when i called my mechanic in front of them he checked the battery and told them that two out of सी cells are damaged/defected, but they didn't agreed and installed the battery on my inverter.

For your kind perusal, you are requested to do the needful and oblige, its urgent, because i am suffering
