I have ordered Samsung M51 costing around Rs 20000 and for which delivery was next day on 8th June.

Since then we are chasing Amazon customer care and they are just giving false commitments and assurance. And item is not yet delivered. there has been constant follow up from my side and each time they promised falsely about the delivery. Even one falsely claimed that there has been attempt of delivery.Since 8th June, even the tracking details are not updated, showing no action from their side

After harassing us and repeatedly breaking our trust whole week they are suggesting us to cancel the order where in the price of the product has been increased and still showing next day delivery for the same item. That’s how they are treating the Prime members.

Customer trust, care and time has no value for Amazon. It has been pathetic experience, kind of mental torture waiting for delivery each day.

    Amazon delivery associate yelled, banged on the door, tried to barge in while covid restrictions, and demanded money for breaking his own phone on the way to our house. It is frustrating that somebody could come and yell at us in our own home for no reason which is supposed to be a safe place. And amazon generally takes no action against complaints about their delivery associates. This is why the problems occur so frequently. I am going to refrain from Amazon and opt for Flipkart and other services.

      Good morning iam from vizag i participated in Amazon quiz daily i won 5000rs in funzone i checked my gmail i seen notifications when i about to claim now there no promo code (16/17) digits usually instead of that i got something...i contacted customer care yesterday i spoke with 3 members i send my screenshot & i send. Today again i contacted with Amazon customer care specialist name Anand around 9:40am (sun) i told my problem he checked he says i will sove your issue by tomorrow because its coupon validity till june 17th. After that invalid no use my 5k gonna lose.. anand says i checked the screenshot that u send i dont know what happened the very next min he says "It will take around 3/5 working days..he is such a rude arrogance behavior...plz take action & help me as soon before june 17th thank u.. i hope u understand the customer problem. Iam expecting positive response from your side thank u.

        Hello, iam from vizag just now (june 13th 9:50am) i contacted with Amazon customer care specialist name= anand, actually i participated in Amazon quiz daily i won 5000rs funezone i checked my gmail but instead of coupon (16/17th digits) i received another thing..i contacted customer care Anand says i will fix this thing by tomorrow... after checking the image i send to other customer care representative on sat i contacted with 3 members..today Anand says first i will fix tomorrow. After few mins he says i checked it will take 3/5 days. actually i have to claim before june 17th otherwise it gonna invalid. i clearly specifics him. But invain he rudely arrogantly says it wil take 3/5 working days.. take action against him & plz help me.thank u i want positive response from your side...

          I have order three TULSI CASHEW NUT PACKET but recieved only one packet and amazon is not accepting his mistake even after complaining several time. They told me that they have completed their investigation and no error found . I HAVE ASKED THEM SIMPLE THING THAT IF THEY HAD COMPLETED THEIR INVESTGATION THEN TELL ME THE EXACT WEIGHT OF CONSIGNMENT but they are unable to do that also. THEY ARE WASTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY.PLEASE CHECK THE MATTER.

            I had ordered some charts ( maps) on Chemistry from Amazon through order id[protected] on 17th May 2021 and got delivery on 25th May. Due to some quality issue I booked return for 2 items among 3 and those two disputed charts were picked up on 26th May by Amazon agent Sukanta Ghosh of CCU Nagerbazar unit of Amazon Delivery. But still now the status have not been updated by the agency doing picked up. Meantime, I had called several times the Amazon Customer Care to sort the issue out but every time they inform me the picking up agency still not confirm picked up. I have requested them to supply me pick up assignment details against the pick up id DwDVZGqCRRMA but they showed their limitations in this regards.
            Meantime that very pick up boy came again to my place in regards of another delivery and he assured the previous picked up and confirmed deposition of products to his office on same day and vowed to me resolve the issue in going back to office in the evening. I convinced.
            Now another couple of days passed there is no movement in status, it still showing picking up yet to be done. Now what to do??
            I am a regular customer in Amazon since last five years and never experience this kind of nuisance before. Please help me out.

              I haven't received my order yet though I have exactly mentioned the date of delivery but it's get delaying day by day, We want our delivery asap.. this is too unprofessional . It's very irritating to call the person to get the order n he still reply that you will get it by tomorrow. This kind of behaviour is unexpected by Amazon.

                I placed order MacroMan Men's Cotton Solid Trunks (RVBMMRTPLDP500 Assorted Colour and Print May Vary, 90 cm) - Pack of 5 along with 2 other item. I receved 2 other item but
                one item was missing. i registered my complain in Amazon customer care. They told me they will investigate and let me know till June 12, 2021. Today, i called the customer care
                and they responded their team invested this issue and found Item was delivered and further they are not able to escalate this issue.

                  I had an Amazon Kindle Paperwhite 10th gen 32gb, purchased on June 30 2020. The Device was working properly untill May 24, but it stopped all of a sudden, when I contacted Amazon, they informed me that since the product is still in warranty it will be replaced, but later clarified that due to some technical reasons the replacement can be done, but they would issue a refund. The return was picked up on 27 May 2021, it has reached the ware house on June 3, the order details show that the refund is issued and is being processed, but I did not receive any refund till now. I contacted the customer service thrice, every time they claim to raise a ticket and would tell me they would get it done in 3 days. Today I called for the fourth time to hear the same response. This is really ridiculous from an International company with such poor service. I wish to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible

                    Problem details - I have a saving account in the above bank and I did a shopping on amazon and due to the product is defective I return the product on which the company refund the amount in the bank account and also provide the transaction id. But the refund is not recieved in the account. When I visit to the bank branch they said there's no transaction from amazon they didn't refund your amount and this is the fake transaction id literally they said we can also generate a fake transaction id. When I asked them to give this in written they said please contact amazon and ignored. Expected :- I wants to know when the amount will be credited and please do something fast because if this type of transaction gone stuck then in future I suppose don't payment through online.

                        Sir/mam, this is rahul jarwal, i did shoping worth rs 10000 on amazon in april, there were 5 items which i orderd, a shoes woth rs 3999 and clothes worth rs 6000,

                        i received my shoes packet earlies but in original condition but i returned it due to size issue, and my after 2 days back my other items were deliverd, there was only one packet insteed on 4, and the items whic i received in the packet were wrong and missing, i immidiatly contact to amazon about this and also told them i had cctv footage of delivery boy that he only delived me 1 packet insteed of 4 and marks rest 3 packet deliverd, amazon asked me to wait for 7 days and told me that ther are doing an investigation, after 3-4 days i received a call from delivery office and they also verefied it that it was not my fault i received missing and wrong items, its seller mistake who cheat me, but amazon blocked my account, its already 2 month passed, my refund of shoes which i returnd is not generated yet and also my refunds of wrong items and missing item is not generated, every time when i call them they asked me to wait for 2 days and didnt do any thing, please help me .

                              Vide Order No.[protected] dt 03.06.2021 2 sets of Van Heusen's Mens cotton boxer brief (Pack of 2) were ordered, which was paid online in advance.

                              The order was received on 10.06.2021 vide Invoice No. IN-561/MH[protected] with two ton pieces of cloth (photos attached).

                              When I issue the return request, then it is stated that the material is non returnable. Non returnable ...is understandable once u deliver the product intended to purchase, but on basis of non returnable u r actually looting peoples money.

                              It is real breach of trust, was not just not expected of Amazon...it has shattered all faith on online shopping ...two shabby dirty peices of cloth for Rs. 943, its disgusting.

                              PLs help in getting my refund of amount.

                                I like to inform you that, Today (10/06/2021) I have received the
                                electronic water kettle which was ordered on 05/06/2021 at Amazon. The
                                order number received at the time of ordering the product in Amazon why
                                doesn't that number match with the number on the invoice of delivery
                                packet. I ordered the electronic water kettle on dated 05/06/2021 but why
                                01/06/2021 is showing in invoice as invoice date.

                                      This is Akansha Pal. On 21-may-2021 I received the wrong item (mama earth tea tree pack with the invoice bill with the order number both are attached below). The Two items which I had ordered were
                                      Mamaearth Vitamin C Skincare Facial Kit (Vitamin C - Face Wash 100ml + Face Toner 200ml + Face Cream 50g) and Mamaearth Onion Duo For Hair Fall Control: Onion Hair Oil 250 ml + Onion Shampoo 400 ml
                                      (Screenshots for confirmed delivery in Amazon as such order number mentioned on top attached below) and the mail for items to get delivered before receiving the wrong item. screenshot attached.
                                      On the same day, I made a call to amazon customer care regarding this issue, they told me that the Product is not returnable and informed me that they had filed the investigation and asked me to call on 27-may-2021 to know the status of my order.

                                      Therefore, 27-may-2021 again I made a call with customer care. They informed me that investigation towards my issue had been denied, and I will not get any refund.
                                      The items I ordered were for Rs. 1, 670/- and the wrong product which I received was for Rs. 499/-.
                                      On call they suggested me to write a mail to [protected]@amazon.in regarding my issue... And it might help me.. I did the same i wrote the mail with all screenshots I had (mail screenshot attached). The next day i got a mail from amazon.in (screenshot attached) and here again they asked me to reach them with any live medium.
                                      I had also connected with the chat medium from their website but it was not helpful.
                                      I got the invoice bill for the wrong item with my name and address(screenshot attached). order number is different with the original Product order number. i have attached the mail screenshot where the order is highlighted which is different with the invoice i received.

                                      And they had 10 days return policy... Which they fully used up with their investigation circulation. After ten days i was not able to connect with them. Because it got vanished.

                                      I am requesting you to please look into this matter and help me to get my refund ASAP.

                                        I Had Already Raised An Immediate Concern With The Company That My Gums Started Bleeding On Just A Trial And Consider My Situation And Take The Product Back As I Cannot Keep It Also Considering The Price Of The Product It Was Not Cheap Also I Purchased The Product Based On The Misleading Reviews But My Experience Was Otherwise And Scary. I Epilepsy Urge To Please Help Me In This Case. This Is Pure Cheating On Customers And On Checking Other Platforms O Have Come Across So Many Complaints Against The Company And So I Have Decided To Escalate Further After Not Receiving Any Help From Constantly Following Up For A Month.
