My order was not delivered to me by a delivery boy. I have paid all the payment of this to amazon in advance. In this regard I have filed complaint to Amazon. But not satisfactory response. So, please never purchase any mobile with exchange policy with Amazon. because his delivery boy deliberately make issue with your old phone and wants ... for exchange. I request all of you never pay in advance to Amazon

    I received a call from Sh. Sonu Gupta, authorised person of Amazon for old mobile handset picture through whatsapp. And I have sent my handset picture to Sh. Sonu Gupta on his mobile No. [protected].

      I have booked a new mobile vide ID No. SPTP[protected] with your company with exchange. But at the delivery time, delivery boy deliberately challenge my old phone. I assure your company my old phone is original and in best condition. He demands me Rs. 500/- for pasting rear panel. While my real panel is original make by Nokia.. He again said if I pay captioned amount than he adjust this. He wants some money for this exchange.. In this circumstances i refused to him. Now I want your official person can check my old mobile any time any day.

        It was a empty box delivered. Entire Item was missing. I already complaints at Amazon Support. Now I need my item delivered or a full refund.

          Hi,
          I have placed a order in Amazon APP.
          Order date
          02-Jun-2021
          Order #

          When I placed the order, the shows that it will be delivered by 6 June,

          Still now the order is not dispatched. So I called the customer care they are telling it will be delivered only by 12 June.

          I did not agree that the delivery date was 6th June when I ordered.

          So I asked him what is the current delivery date if I order the same product today.

          He said it will be delivered by 12th June. But when I checked in the APP it shows 12th.

          Then he replied me that accurate data is available in web version.

          I was totally upset with the way Amazon cheated me with wrong information. Don’t know How to believe them now .

          There was typo mistake. The Amazon rep said the current delivery date for this product is 15th June

              Myself Karabi Dutta. I ordered a product from Amazon on May 1, 2021 amounting rs. 409. When I received the product on May 3, 2021 I saw that the product was not the same that I ordered. The product that I got was totally different product, was used by someone, Price-tagless and was in very bad condition. Immediately, I initiated a return and the same was picked up by Amazon delivery boy next day on May 4, 2021. It is almost 1 month but I have not got my refund. I talked to the Amazon customer service more than 20 times but every time they tell me that you will get the refund in the next 2 days. But still now I did not receive my refund. Please help me get my money.

                Dear Team,

                Received a broken laptop from Amazon.in through unique store their seller. Last one and half month they promise to pick up and last minute cancel the pickup saying not ready. Looks like a staged fraud to cheat me and not pay my refund. Please help me to get my refund.

                Amazon Perungudi Hub is responsible for doing this drama.

                I received a broken laptop and Last one month iam trying to return the laptop but Perungudi Amazon hub cancels pickup saying they need confirmation from seller unique world store to pickup. Iam no way connected to such emails and I just need Amazon to pick up and issue refund at the earliest.

                Pls sort out otherwise I will be left with no option than to approach help from consumer court

                  I have ordered a product from Amazon on 18th May Through my Canara Bank UPI and the price of the product was Rs.1999.00 This is my order id[protected] I have returned that product .After that Amazon has initiated my refund and has given me the reference id against which my refund amount should be received in my bank account within 30th of May This reference id is[protected] issued on 25tg May. Till now I have not got my refund amount in my bank account.

                            I got 2 packs yippe noodles and I start cooking process when i open the pack alots of white worms 🐛 are there omg i really scared how could we eat this it was disgusting...so plzz give us a healthy nd fresh things .                                     My name is Sudha Mishra .I have paid an amount of Rupees 379.00 to Amazon India through my UCO debit card ( which is connected to my UCO bank) on 21/05/2021. Afterwards on 23/05/2021 i cancelled my order due to some issues. The refund of rupees 379.00 from Amazon was credited into my account on 25/05/2021. But the amount still hasn't reflected in my account. Amazon sent me this REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[

                                    told to contact customer care. I contacted UCO customer care toll free number multiple times but failed. So I implore you to kindly look into it as it is urgent for me. Its been more than 12 days now.
