complaint for my car loan

Hi,
My name is ng yee juan, i would like to make the strong complaint letter to ambank staffs what i faced thru.
The case just happen, my sister was helped me to make the car payment via online transfer from her bank account as recently me are based at london for study so unable to make the payment for myself.
They was rejected the payment and refund back the money without any info. And me and my mother (Car guarantor)...

Customer service is horrible! Staff does not seem to know what they are doing.

Unreasonable overstatement of loan approved in the system for over a million! When we approached the staff through phone call we are given an answer that it was an system error and stating in their system the figures are fine and state that things will be back to the appropriate amount.

The unfriendly staff also gave us an irresponsible...

car loan payment

I was explained my situation i said paid for one month payment first then i will arrange other pending payment also, but staff refused and force me to pay two months payment... I would like to complaint the customer service

1st thing my ambank id need to reset and locked, i would like to reset
But it failed.

I rather go to berjaya branch there for assistance, just can help me to call over center, ok fine.

It request to verify the few question then reset also ok. But they dun...

current account monthly statement confusing

Lack of clarity in the current account statement. Monthly statement does not display total gst amount and bank charges. We as the user have to manually add up every individual gst and bank charges in the statement to get the total figure for the month.

Suggestion
Bank must display summary of the total gst and bank charges at the end of the final page of the monthly statement....

refund of my housing loan that has been fully settled

I went to sungai siput, perak branch to open a current account for my company and was forced to signup a saving package of rm150 per month for great 10 years.

Complaint:on 11/7/23017, we had a telecommunication with the customer service about the retail interest for 2 months, statement of may-108.60 and jun -145.95. The customer service advised us to make a complaint in order to waive or get the refund.

Poor customer service at Taiping branch

As mentioned on the above subject, on beginning ofJune, I applied the supplementary cards for my hubby and daughter. I had spoken to Ms Kuan that I need cards urgently due to we are going oversea trip on 1st week of July. According to Ms kuan there is no problem to obtain the cards within 2 weeks times. Ambank atm cut money in bank but no money out

On 19/6/17, almost to 6pm, using cimb card i tried to withdraw rm1250 from ambank atm inside 7-11 pinggiran gombak.. My balanced in acc had been cut but no money out from atm.. Call ambnk cust serv, made a report for me, and i must wait 7working days, which hari raya in the same week.. Never mentioned at me to make a report at cimb, so i didn't report.. Untill now, after hari raya, 28/6/17, i didnt get my money.. I wanna see any compensation...

Penalised for AmBank's mistake

I received my AmBank credit card in February and made a purchase that month. On 26 April I received a call to say that I have not paid my credit card bill and was advised to call the bank, which I did. The Customer Service personnel then realised that my email had been wrongly entered and proceeded to correct it and raised a report as I was then told I had to pay for the late charges although it was the bank's error.
