TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I'm making a complaint regarding the above insurance which is still charging me through my Ambank Bonuslink Credit Card.
One of the officer called me and invited me to join in their Smart Partnership Programme in which i had rejected the offer. However, I was shocked to find out in my credit card statement that they had continuously charge me for TWO months under the programme which i had declined to join. Each month was RM 89. Hence, with a total amounting to RM 190.07 INCLUDING late payment charges.
I have made several complaints to customer service to cancel the amount debited to my credit card but to no avail.
Kindly take action on my complaint as soon as possible.
