I had purchased an UPS from APC and recently I was facing an issue with the UPS. When I called the customer care for raising a compliant, instead of the resolving my issue, the service engineer is saying there is no problem with UPS. He is not listening to what issue I am facing. When I insisted to log a compliant and send a service engineer to come and check the issue. The customer service engineer just disconnected my call.
The electrician in my apartment has complained that there is reverse current flowing from my house. When they checked appliances of my house, they found that my APC UPS is causing this reverse current.
APC customer service is not ready to listen and solve this issue. The product is still under warranty and they have refused to provide service. Was this information helpful? |
