Faulty Battery for UPS
I have purchased a Inverter in December 2011 and i have been facing severe problems from August 2012. I have registered multiple complaints from September 2012 and there were more than 5 APC Service engineers visited my place and finall concluded that the issue is with the Battery and will be provided with a replacement. Now when ever i call the help desk of APC they tell me that there is no Stock of Battery and i would have to wait. Its already more than 4 months and there is no response from APC or at least there is no confirmed date given when Battery will be replaced. My APC Details are as Follows:

Earlier complaint numbers are: C1-[protected] C1-[protected] I have contacted the escalation leads Ganesh Shamanna, Ranjit Angadi and Ravi and as per their instructions i have reached out to the area manager Senthil and Karthikeyan but still no response. Please help me resolve this issue and help me get the replacement battery

Q-LEAd Battery — waiting for Replacement more than 4 months
Dear Sir,This is regarding Service no-064 dated-14.08.10 for inverter battery failed under warrantee in only 3 months from the date of purchase. I want to bring your attention that my complaint was not handled properly by Q lead dealer of Company and I have not received battery replacement.
