I had purchased an UPS from APC and recently I was facing an issue with the UPS. When I called the customer care for raising a compliant, instead of the resolving my issue, the service engineer is saying there is no problem with UPS. He is not listening to what issue I am facing. Faulty Battery for UPS
I have purchased a Inverter in December 2011 and i have been facing severe problems from August 2012. I have registered multiple complaints from September 2012 and there were more than 5 APC Service engineers visited my place and finall concluded that the issue is with the Battery and will be provided with a replacement. Now when ever i call the help desk of APC they tell me that there is no Stock of Battery...
