Apollo Clinic — Health check up (AHC)

I have booked for health check package (AHC) with Apollo Hospital Basavanagudi branch on Saturday 30th October 21.
1. CC executive told me that the charge for this service is approx Rs 8000 and I am eligible for a discount of 15% but at the branch they charged me Rs.9500.

2. Echo 2D test was done as the doctor was not available so they asked me to come on Monday 1st Nov 21. I cross checked with them about doctor availability as it was a holiday they confirmed the appointment.
Monday they are saying that doctor is on leave today as well so come next day. When I asked them to refer me to other branch where doctor is available and the test can be done, they are saying that it's not possible.

On top of this when I called the executive to raise a complaint they kept me on hold and no response for 20 mins. I had to disconnect the call.

I m ok with the overcharged amount but I never expected this pathatic service from such a reputed hospital.
If I would have gone to some local testing centre the same test is done for Rs 4500 and I would have been done with consulting as well on the same day. Now I regretted for the same.
Msg to all- please don't believe this Fancy and big names try out local hospital for king like service at half of the price
