Apollo Diagnostics — Complaint on Deficiency Of Service - Healthy Heart Package

This is regarding the Healthy Heart Package for Mrs Shweta Garg with Bill No. DKOR-OCS-2087 that I took through your home collection Service on 23/08/2015. I would like to highlight the following points which tend towards deficiency of service from Apollo Diagnostics 1. The Home collection Boy came at 8.45 AM and late by 45 minutes to collect the sample when I had clearly mentioned collection time to be 8.00 AM. 2. The collection boy did not wear his gloves while taking the sample and I had to insist that he does so. The gloves he used seemed to be used previously and not fresh leading to Risk of infection to the patient. 3. I was not provided a copy of the Bill immediately and hence had no record of having given my sample to Apollo Diagnostics. When I called up the centre, they said the same would be sent to my mail id with 30 minutes but I did not get the same until afternoon. 4. I was promised the Reports by same evening by both collection boy and the centre, but did not get the same. I called up the centre but nobody picked up the phone. I called up the call centre and they said I would get it the next day. On my insistence that I need the report urgently as I need to decide accordingly to show my wife to a doctor they said they will try to arrange for a scanned copy. Finally I received a report late in the night of a patient named Mrs Seetha and I was not sure if the reports were of my wife Shweta Garg or not. I mailed immediately for clarification but haven't got a response to my mail till date. 5. I spoke to the call centre as well the next day and they promised to come back to me with the right report but haven't heard since then. I sent out one more mail to remind and escalate but haven't got a response to that as well. All of above shows clear Deficiency Of Service and lack of customer focus and not expected from a big brand like Apollo. I request for the following immediately 1. Reports for the patient Shweta Garg shared immediately along with Bill details with name corrected. 2. A call from a senior person in Apollo Diagnostics to explain why all of above has happened and why I should not escalate / lodge a complaint with appropriate medical agencies and also create awareness in Social Media about the service provided by Apollo Diagnostics.
