Apollo Munich Health Insurance — My name is listing blacklist on irda portal

Dear sir/madam, myself SATYAPAL SINGH my pan no. is DIJPS2671M
I was associated with apollo munich health insurance co. as a insurance advisor in 2014 co. blacklist me on irda portal in 2018 saying that there is high claim ratio in your agency. I did nothing wrong with co. still they blacklist me I asked them to give me some time so that I can manage these things but they ignored it.
Now I want to remoove my name as blacklist from irda portal.
I shall be highly obliged to you.
