I have send a request for cancellation of my policy in the month of december 2017.but till date my refund has not been credited in my account.case id is 3654404.i have already lodge a complaint on 24 th jan 2018 but not get any response till now.complaint id 3759551.if i am not getting response within 2 days then i have to go on consumer forum.I had sent mail various time but dont get any response.Almost one and a half month gone but my credit has not been refunded.

It is unjustifiable to reject my claim saying 24 hours hospitalization not undertaken by policy holders

For 8 hours hospital will charge free of cost

What is the policy and looting out monies by corporates
