Though, my account was debited by rs.1633/-, the apollo sales person told me that they have not received the money as the transaction...

I am shadab from bangalore. I am taking treatment from 2015 for my back pain. Other than medicine i buy redbull regular and cosmetic items sometime appolo. A month i purchase minimum 3000/- to maximum 6000/-rs. Items. For pas 2 months am in chennai, stay near by this outlet. From this outlet i had very bad experiance. Staffs dont have manners at all. Really he is behaving very rude with customers, it's very bad. I don't want to purchase any medicines in apollo henceforth. I will also spread with my friends on this. Request to take immediate actions and educate him how to behave with customer. If possible please give training to improve your business

complaint regarding my product delivery and no proper response

This is viswadha. I have ordered a product from apollopharmacy.in on 14th march 2019 and i haven't received any information regarding an estimated or accurate delivery date. I have been contacting them and they ask me to send a mail but the mail id they provided me of the concerned department doesn't seem to respond. It's been 6days already and my product is still under processing. There isn't a proper response at all....

Of medicines, the shop keeper is not ready to deliver and their demand is a complete strip only they can supply and they cannot give it 20 or 30 nos. Of tablets which i want. It's been over 2 weeks you have not delivered 3 medicines out of total 4... Nor you are refunding my inr 1500. I am failing to understand what's actually happening is this such a big issue that it has taken 15 days.

I have ordered pampers premium pants 68s n himalaya baby wipes from your website.. I paid total rs.839 for diapers and the bill i got is of rs 699
And i have ordered 68s but i got 54s.
Your costumer service inform me about the unavailability of himalaya wipes but still didn't got the return amount..
This is the first time i've ordered from your website and i'm totally disappointed.....

received fake/poor quality product from apollo pharmacy
