Hello i purchased insulatard insulin pen and novo rapid pen at apollo 1 month back. At the time of purchasing they told that i can change cartridge when it finis hed but now they r telling that they can't open it i think they don't know how to open and put new cartridge so now simply they are telling it is use and throw pens and i have to buy new pens. What is this... I can't understand i am very much disappointed with ur service. Pls look...

The pharmacist, prakash bhavan stationed at the viman nagar branch at datta mandir chowk, lied to me to tell me that a particular prescription only medicine was out of stock. I was purchased medicine from apollo pharmacy, halisahar on 16.12.2017. Amount of bill was ₹235. Bill amount paid through united bank of india debit card twice and axis bank debit card once.

Cashier of pharmacy said payment through ubi debit card (₹470) declain. I made my payment through axis bank debit card.
