worst behavior of staffs

In gudiyattam branch near old bus stand. The employees of the branch handle customers worstlest like useing bad words and irritating the customers and forming group for argument with customers. And the billing person like rawdy he using bad words for the customer. The type of behavior will reduce the good thought of your pharmacy name. So please take the action.

worst attitude of shopkeeper

i didn't get the original bills for the product that i have been purchased at apollo.

This is to keep you informed that, i took some medicines from apollo in the month of august as i met with an accident. But i got all the duplicate copies of invoices.

The insurance company that i'm claiming these bills is rejecting my bills saying that those are duplicate bills. They made it mandatory to submit all the invoice original copies to further processing the claim.

bills not given unless asked for

Almost all the apollo pharmacies in vijayawada are not issuing bills for the medicines unless we ask for it. Issuing bills is being seen as a favour done to the customers by the pharmacy staff. Kindly look into this issue.. I am complaining after my personal experiences at siddhartha nagar and nearby apollo outlets along with the experiences shared by my friends....

wrong medicine given to pregnant women

forcing by the pharmacy to purchase more quantity than required

I went to apollo pharmacy, malkajgiri, telangana, on 2/12/17 to buy 1tab of pruvict 1mg for my father as was advised by the general physician. But the pharmacy has refused to sell me 1tablet but asked me to purchase the entire strip consisting of 10 tablets costing rs. 149/-. As i had no choice i was forced to purchase the entire strip.

not able to add balance

complain about balance deduction

Respected sir/madam,

On 26/09/2017 i have made a payment via phonepay aap of rs. 457/- vide merchant order id:[protected]. The app showing only 01 (One) transaction against this id.
