Paid by card and cash also rs320 billchg0002325 dt 2/10/2016

Please note that I paid by BOB card 320/ to the SAMA ROAD branch, received BOB intimation that the amount was deducted from my account. But the staff at your said outlet asked for cash informing that the money has not been received by them.
I paid cash Rs 320.
I have checked bank statement and found the same amount was transferred to your account.

Unethical behaviour

I want to bring to your notice regarding the behavior or response towards me as when i approached apollo pharmacy opposite to dlf gachibowli, hyderabad, telangana. The behavior was rude and he did not respond to my need properly even after having the product available and asking for the same several times. T he person name is keshav.

One touch ultra sugar testing strips

I had bought a pack of one touch ultra which I was forced to buy by the salesperson inspite of the fact that I was not clear about the name of my glucometer. It costed me around 1200 rs & the person convinced me saying that he would change it if the machine did not match. When I checked my machine it was Dr morepen one touch. Since the name was a bit confusing, I did try the strips on the machine which did not show any thing on the screen....

Empty medicine bottle

Payment Issue

Purchased a Healing card and had deposited some amount in the card, I am very frustrated when using this card because when ever i purchase drugs by using card the staff of the Apollo Pharmacy says there don't know how to make payment through it and the person who is in charge is on leave or else he is not available . Their also say that the card purchased from another Apollo pharmacy is not valid... If i argue with them the simple answer...

Issue of wrong medicine for 9 yr child

Sir after consultation with the doctor dated 26/8/16 (Prescription enclosed) purchased mahacef cv 200 mg tablets instead of mahacef cv 100 mg tablets for my 9 years old son as he had kind of tumour still the treatment is in progress and dr adviced me to come today i. E 3/10/16.

Apollo Pharmacy Inhaler

Purchased an AP inhaler with the bar code number[protected]. The inhaler was a brand new one and had totally nothing inaide it. When asked, pharmacy guys reacted as if it were common. This is totally a case of fraud as these guys do already know that few of the inhalers are just empty and hence they dont even bother to maintain a standard of their products....

Regarding customer service

They don't even care the customers, they were very rude to me and to many customers. Pharmacy & its delivery

Worst service provider every time. Today i ordered 2 medicine in morning they told will able to provide by 2pm, i said ok. At 3:15 PM i called then they told with in 15 minutes you will get. Extra charging

I bought sompraz 40mg 20 tablets from Apollo pharmacy, Lloyds Rd . The attender in the shop asked me to take a membership so that there will be 10% discount and charged me 132rupees. I paid cash and came home. When I verify the cost from the strip it came only 128₹. How can they charge with 10% discount with 132₹. Real cheating. Medicine not delivered

. I sent prescription slip on what's aap along with name of patient and address .Again I contacted a AF on 31/08/2016 in the evening at 8 PM .But medicine have not been delivered till 2/9/2016 .today I visited farmacy at 6.30 pm . I came to know that medicine s are not available in farmacy .if medicine were not available manager must inform me . But he did not do so .

Delay to attain customers

No issue of the bills frequently

Most of the franchises of Apollo pharmacies are not issuing bills, my recent experience was being rejected to give me a bill. Their explanation was that it will take time, that too couple of hours. Reason for this is that some work in their POS system is pending and it takes time to finish.
