I'm very displeased and disappointed in apollo pharmacy (K. K. NAGAR BRANCH!) Asking a customer to go to a different pharmacy because they don't want to cut a strip of tablet. Even though the doctor has prescribed for 5, the pharmacist suggests you either buy 12 or none....

Improper Appointment Management Wasted our Two days.
They have never infrared me about cash back offer on HDFC card.

Sir I am a regular customer of Apollo pharmacy.but my complaint is that you give offers to your customers only in metro cities. For eg. You distributed umbrellas to your customers in Gurgaon but in Allahabad there was no such offers or it was not given to us.I think you differentiate between your customers..we should I think change to Some other company who gives more discount and also gives offers to customers. I have bought medicine for my wife, of rupees 3500 from appolo medicine opp Jyotinivas college Kormangala 5th Block Bangalore. she took it for few days and after few days she started getting allergic of it. so i gave rest of those medicine back and that pharmacist told me that he can not give me money back so i agreed that i will take other cosmetics and medicine.
