I'm going through a very bad experience dealing with @apple care. [job no. : AND[protected]] All they have to do is change a flex cable which takes less than 10 minutes. I was told that I would receive the machine in 3 days. It has been 5 days since I gave it to them. They want another 3 days to resolve it. Not only do they charge exorbitant fees to fix a stupid cable but they also take an aweful amount of time. Service centre is blaming their warehouse. Customer care is telling me that it's not 'their responsibility' and asking me to talk to customer relations(whatever that means). I'm stuck in a never ending loop and the worst part is my work is stalled. I'll never buy any Apple products from now on and advise my friends and family to do the same.
