Apple Inc — Not replacing Iphone 6 which has a hardware malfunctioning issue under warranty

I have Iphone 6 and it has a hardware problem, the screen LED is malfunctioning and apart from this there are few more hardware problem.
My phone is under warranty but Apple is not replacing the phone instead charging 25k for a new replacement.

Please suggest what action can be taken against them.
