Hi,
I had purchased an Iphone 6, 16GB ( IMEI: [protected] ) one and half year ago at the cost of 45k. I was facing a battery related issues with the phone. The apple service center after inspection initially said that the phone had an internal hardware problem and now since it is not in warranty, they are asking me to pay 23k more for phone replacement.
So they are ready to accept the internal problem is I am ready to pay.
Later they sent me a report saying that there is no internal problem.
Without any damage, is it not wrong on their part to expect me to pay 23K more for a phone replacement?
Also, they are not able to provide me with a backup phone (they are asking for 15k deposit also).
With in one and half year we should invest 68k for iphone 6, 16GB ??? .
In the diagnosis report it says - a problem with the battery and hardware, they are hiding the results saying that the phone is setup as a new phone it is working well . Without restoring the backup how will I work?
Can you please tell me if you have any option to restore the backup individually ??? .
The customer care support team(online) also did the diagnosis process and advised to visit the nearest service center, but the service center people are behaving like this ONLY because the phone is not under warranty.
Please suggest the next step since the problem is still unsolved.
