To the customer complaints beureau
I have asked for my apple earpods to be replaced is it was faulty on 30th of november 2017. Since then i have only heard awaiting spare’s from the vendor. It’s been 16 days and the issue isn’t resolved each time i call i get to hear we will check and call back but i don’t get a call back.
I request you to please look into this issue. I have attached screen shot of the message i received last on december 5th. A company so huge as apple has a customer satisfaction of absolutely nothing. Kindly escalate this further.
