Apple complaint
During the month of August, i was facing an issue with airpods 3rd gen that the right bud was not getting charged while it is places in charging case and even the same remains connected to bluetooth device i.e. iphone, even when its placed in case.
I approached service centre on 24th of august to get the same issue addressed, the service centre sent the product to apple repair Banglore where they returned the product as it is stating that we couldn’t find any issue and i was out of town my friend collected the same from service centre with right bud battery dead inside the case which was more than 50% charged.
On 24th september, i again deposited the airpods with service centre to get them repaired, hoping they have missed the repair earlier, keeping in loop customer care and service centre. They assured me that this time same won’t happend, if same happens then u can take a legal action against them but again same thing happened and product was returned as it is on 10th of October. Again case was charger 80% and right bud having 0% battery even inside the case, which i reported to service centre.
Since its an apple product, it is believed to be product of quality and an issue might occur with a product and getting them repaired or replaced is acceptable but getting frustrated by again and again visiting service centre to get my product repaired not once but twice even then not getting the solution is unacceptable.
It cost a customer following-
- It is mentally exhausting to visit service centres again and again while taking a day off from your job and still not getting solution.
- product i.e. the charging case gets so much scratched as service centre handles product without protective case and in such a ruthless way that it has attracted scratches all over its body.
Now as i am going for consumer complaint - I want to get my product replaced with a week. Was this information helpful? |
