I bought a apple 2nd generation airpods on 19/03/2022. And the left one Airpods has stopped working.
It happened before as well but when i reported it to apple care they troubleshooted and it got fixed.
It has stopped working since yesterday. And i took it to the service center.
They are stating that there is a green mark on the right one and hence they can't replace it.
I informed its the left one which is not working and I have been using if for just work from home hence there cannot be any corrosion or anything.
Only after 20 mins of heated conversations the service center has taken the device for inspection.
ITS JUST 3 MONTHS OLD AND
I WANT A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS. .
EITHER PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT OR PROVIDE A REFUND FOR THE ITEM!! Was this information helpful? |
